"We have been using Steve Smith’s State Farm Agency since 2016 for our family’s car insurance ( for 3 cars) and it has been a very good experience overall. My personal adjuster, Terry Kostbar, has been phenomenal and she has constantly looked out for my family and has always gotten us the best rates and coverage for our insurance policies. Terry is always assessable too and if she misses your call, she calls or emails us back in a very timely manner. If you call/ email/ send a message on their website and leave a message they get back to you on the same day or next day. "Our family have been with Statefarm Insurance agent Steve Smith for as long as I can remember. Any Statefarm agent can offer you the same rates but what sets this office apart are the staff and support they provide specially Tess G. She is very helpful in answering any of your question and always ready to help. There was a time that I did not receive my renewal notice and my car insurance lapsed and if not for Tess following it up with me, I would have been driving without car insurance. If you are looking for a Statefarm agent with reliable staff give them a call."
